About Ishoro

A small studio, involved in everything

Ishoro was founded in Kaunas by interior designers Greta Petrikaitė and Matas Miliauskas, with one conviction: good design is timeless — it never goes out of fashion, because it was never in fashion to begin with.

We stay deliberately small. Both founders work on every project personally — there is no hand-off to a junior team once the contract is signed. That is how details survive: the shadow gap that lines up, the material that feels right in the hand, the storage that makes a small apartment feel effortless.

Rooted in Lithuania, we work wherever the project is — our clients are in Kaunas and Vilnius, across Europe, and as far as Canada's Pacific coast. Distance changed our process; it never changed the standard.

What We Believe

Three principles behind every project

  • Function first, always

An interior that photographs well but lives badly is a failed interior. We design from routines outward — beauty follows use.

  • Materials with depth

We choose materials that age with dignity and reward touch — because a home is experienced with hands, not just eyes.

  • Precision to the last drawing

Full technical documentation and site supervision protect the design where most projects lose it: in construction.
