Process
Clarity at every step
Renovating or fitting out a space is a serious undertaking. Our process exists to remove its two biggest risks: unclear decisions and unclear responsibility.
You always know what stage the project is in, what's being decided, and what happens next. Here is how a project moves through the studio, start to finish.
-
First conversation
Free · ~1 hour
We meet — in the studio, on site or online — and talk about the space, how you live or work, your timeline and your budget. You leave with an honest view of what's possible and a clear fee proposal. No obligation, no pressure.
-
Brief & planning
1–2 weeks
We measure the space, study its light and structure, and turn the conversation into a written brief. Layout options come first: before anything is styled, the plan has to work.
-
Concept & visualisation
3–6 weeks
The design direction takes shape — mood, materials, custom furniture and realistic 3D visualisations. We refine it together through agreed revision rounds until the space feels unmistakably yours.
-
Technical documentation
3–5 weeks
Every decision becomes a drawing: demolition and construction plans, electrical and lighting layouts, plumbing, ceilings, flooring, custom joinery, and full specifications of materials, furniture and fixtures. Contractors get certainty, you get comparable quotes.
-
Design supervision
Through construction
We stay on the project while it's built — answering contractors' questions, visiting the site at key stages, checking that what's installed matches what was designed, and resolving the surprises every renovation produces.
-
Completion
Handover
Final details, styling and a walk-through together. We hand over a finished space — and remain a phone call away afterwards.
Durations are indicative for an average apartment project and are confirmed individually for every brief.
Common Questions
Before you ask
How long does a full project take?
Design for an apartment typically takes 2–4 months; houses and commercial spaces longer. Construction time depends on contractors and scope — we'll give you a realistic timeline at the first conversation.
Do you work outside Lithuania?
Yes. We run international projects — including in Western Europe and Canada — with a process built for remote collaboration: video reviews, detailed documentation and coordinated site supervision.
How are fees calculated?
Per square metre, depending on the level of service. You receive a fixed written proposal after the first conversation, so there are no surprises later.
Can you work with our contractor?
Yes — our documentation is made to be built from. If you don't have a contractor yet, we can recommend craftsmen we trust from past projects.
Start with step one
The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. Bring photos, plans or just an idea.
